"Pretty close to the photos"
I got my costume today and, i wasn’t totally sure the colors would match the pictures that well. But they were actually really close, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Delivery was on time, thankfully"
My order from costumepub.com actually showed up when they said it would, which was a nice change. The tracking was easy enough to follow, and the package wasn’t damaged or anything. I’m happy with the delivery overall since I didn’t have to chase anyone down or sit around waiting extra days, thankfully.

"Return policy was a little confusing"
The costume itself was fine, nothing amazing but it worked. My main issue was the return policy. I had to keep going back and rereading the details because I wasn’t totally sure what the exact timeline was or when I needed to have everything done by. Maybe that was on me, but it felt stricter than I expected and not very flexible. I understand why they have rules, I just wish the return process was a bit easier.

"Saved Me From Costume Panic"
I had a question about my order because I really needed the costume to show up on time, i was starting to stress a bit. Then customer service got back to me faster than I expected and kept me in the loop, which helped a lot. Total panic mode one minute, completely chill the next. Everything ended up working out fine, and I really appreciated how quick and helpful they were...

"Pretty much what I expected"
I had a feeling this was going to take longer than it should, and yeah, that’s exactly what happened. The issue did get fixed in the end, but it took way too long, which just confirmed my initial impression.

"Decent site, but a little clunky to use"
I was able to find what I needed eventually, but the menus felt a bit confusing. I kept clicking around more than expected, especially when trying to get back to a previous section. It works, but it could definitely be smoother.

Yeah... not really what I expected. The pictures looked a lot better than the actual costume. Once it showed up, it just didn’t match the listing at all. Kind of disappointing.

"Barely Any Sizes Left"
The stuff looked decent, but almost every size was sold out. The styles I actually liked only had the most random options left. I was trying to find something for a party what a joke. Super annoying

"Design felt off and honestly wasted my energy"
I was disappointed with how this turned out. The design just looked kind of off, and some of the details were way wrong. I ended up spending extra time and energy trying to figure out what happened, which was really frustrating.

"Better than I remembered expecting"
I remember not being totally sure what the quality would be like when I ordered it, but when the costume arrived, it actually looked nicely made. The stitching was clean for the most part, and the fabric felt better than I expected. The only thing I noticed was one small seam that felt a little tight, so I’m taking off a star for that. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

I was a little suspicious at first since the updates weren’t exactly confidence-inspiring, but the costume showed up fine. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but it looked good enough for what I needed, so I’m happy with the order overall...

The costume showed up in the size and color I picked, which I appreciated. I’ve ordered costumes before where the color or fit was way off, so this was a nice change. One small piece looked a little different than I expected, but overall it was accurate and worked fine

"Exchange took longer than I expected"
I needed to exchange my costume for a different size, and it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought it would be. The replies were slow, so I kept having to check in, and at one point I wasn’t even sure where things stood or when the exchange was actually supposed to happen. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole timeline felt confusing and it definitely took too long.

"Sizing is ridiculous"

The costume itself was decent, so I’ll give it that, but the customization was disappointing. I thought I’d be able to pick from more colors, sizes, and little details, but so much of it was already locked in. For something being sold as custom, I kept thinking, how is this okay?
The preview didn’t make things much better either. It wasn’t clear enough for me to feel totally confident about what I was ordering. It’s not the worst purchase ever, but if I’m paying for a custom item, I really expect to have more control over how it turns out.

"Nice fabric, just a tiny bit rough in spots"
I’m actually happy with this overall. The fabric feels nice and thick, which was a pleasant surprise, but a few spots in the stitching are a little rough. Not perfect, but still a solid buy.

They did answer my questions, but sometimes it took a while to hear back... and a few replies weren’t all that clear. We got there in the end though, so it wasn’t a huge issue...

"Felt overpriced for what I got"
I ordered this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and I was disappointed when it arrived. For the price, I expected a lot more. It just didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

"Refund took a little while, but it came through"
I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It didn’t happen super quick and I had to send one follow-up email, but they did get back to me and the money showed up eventually. Not perfect, but not a bad experiance either.
